Notice for Shinigami

In Canon Bleach, it is noted that several Shinigami can share the same rank. It is also important to note, however, that only one Shinigami can hold a Seat above a certain number, save for special cases (those will only be approved when the Staff approves of it only for plot-related issues). While Arrancar and Hollow are way easier, as only one can hold one number, we on this forum have decided to put a limit on how may people can hold each Seat.

So here it is :

3rd Seat : 1
4th Seat : 1
5th Seat : 1
6th Seat : 3
7th Seat : 6
8th Seat : 12
9th Seat : 24

Please note that as each division has around a hundred Shinigami each, the fify or so left are Unseated Shinigami -- faceless mooks with no Shikai. You must be a Seated Officer to have a Shikai, and you must be a Captain or higher to have a Bankai. Up to 6th Seat are allowed up to #40 in Kido, from 5th to 3rd are up to #60 in Kido, Lieutenants are up to #70, and Captains run the gamut of being horrible at it to mastering up to #99. But this will differ based on the division, as ones who are specialized in Kido will be better-skilled in Kido than others who are more combat-oriented.

Unless your character has faults to make up for their skills in Kido, going over the limits probably won't be accepted. Going under the limits, however, is a whole different situation...unless, of course, your character has skills in other things, such as fighting or Shunpo.
